Not all our land and cityscapes are as picturesque as the Monet above. The basic idea behind this little home page is to discuss a topic close to my heart: American Land Planning Law, or, at least, its Tennessee incarnation as it exists here in Nashville. Other than my interest in computers, this is probably the area of interest which occupies me most. I've attempted here to jot down a few interesting tidbits, give a brief overview of the process, and a few references to other sources which might also be of some interest.
